To Prospero, yes the Rosy Honey Myrtle does do well in high humidity, and I think the plant would also be ok in alkaline soil (if not too alkaline). Most Australian plants, especially the callistemons and melaleucas perform better in poorer soils than rich soils.marie-louisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10130540838574842976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9032609270003223871.post-10667820680770573782009-05-27T09:55:11.335+10:002009-05-27T09:55:11.335+10:00Hello Marie-Louise!!

Does it do well in high humidity? Does it tolerate alkaline soils? I live in Bermuda and notice, having perused your really nice blog, that we grow some of the same plants. I love Australian flora and want to incorporate more into my garden.Prosperohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07114988815558549577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9032609270003223871.post-19738936418892014602009-05-04T22:19:00.000+10:002009-05-04T22:19:00.000+10:00It's really a pretty flower.
